Abstract: text-align: justify;">This paper aims at understanding the marriage situation of HIV infected pregnant womenprevention of HIV maternal-neonatal transmission during 2010 to 2012，so as to provide reproductive healtheducation for HIV infected women.The result shows that：The average age of 1 692 HIV infected women is 29.03，of which 53.31 % is 20～29，so it is very important to develop reproductive health education for HIV infected women.
